PSA Completed Through Dates (retail customers only)

A service level’s Complete Through Date is the day before the date of the oldest open order in the PSA system for that service level. The CTD is based on order entry date, which means the day the order was formally entered into the PSA system for authentication and grading. While these dates are helpful, PSA informed Nashcards on 7/1 that these dates are only for retail customers and NOT group subs like Nashcards.

In the Event of PSA Price Changes

Pricing per card as reflected above is a quote at time of card submission to Nashcards. In the event of a price increase before cards are logged to PSA by Nashcards, Nashcards will contact customer to reflect new pricing and/or options to return cards without grading.

*45-50 days is an estimate. SGC made this change as of 9/8/21 and said their average turn around time was 16.5 days. SGC is being extremely proactive and realizing their turn around times are worst case predictions.
